La empresa tiene experiencia realizando la tercerización inmobiliaria por todo el Perú por más de 10 años, pero lo que hace diferente a esta empresa es la visión que ha tenido Carla. Ella nos menciona muy emocionada que comenzó en este negocio con muchas ganas, esfuerzo, ella tenía las ganas de salir adelante no solo por ella sino también por su hija. Y es gracias a esa experiencia que ella pensó en volver su empresa una franquicia, con la que busca capacitar a jóvenes madres que como ella tenga ganas de salir adelante mediante las ventas inmobiliarias. Se les capacita en temas de Liderazgo, Coaching de ventas, Conceptos sobre los inmuebles. En especial se busca apoyar a personas que sean de escasos recursos, para que puedan trabajar desde su hogar.
